Annual General Meeting.

Nominations are required for Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary (the current Treasurer may serve for another year) plus six people to serve as members of the Committee.
All nominations for officers and Committee members should be received by the Acting Chairman, Hazel Brown by Friday 15th May. Nomination forms will be available with the April newsletter. Please make sure you get the nominee's permission before submitting their name. Each nomination requires a proposer and seconder who must sign the form.
If there are more nominations than places on the Committee, a ballot will be organised.
