Drax Power Station

Escorted tour around Drax Power Station 

Thursday 26th April from 10am till1pm

The tour is free of charge - Maximum 40 people.

We will meet in the bottom of Holt Park Asda car park for car sharing at 8.25 am to start the journey at 

8.30 am. Lunch will in the "Drax Social Clubhouse"

If you would like to join us, let me know no later than 12th April.

On arrival at site, park in the visitor carpark and make your way on foot to the south gatehouse for security check-in.  Your guide will pick you up from there for your tour.

IMPORTANT

I would like to highlight that everyone needs to have the ability to completely cover arms and legs, (preferably trousers – no rips/tears, and full sleeve shirts/blouses or cardigans).  Footwear also needs to be flat and sturdy, e.g. trainers.  No ballet shoes or sandals please.  The clothing and footwear requirements are part of the health and safety regulations for conducting tours, if tour attendees are inappropriately attired the tour will have to be curtailed as they will not be allowed to enter certain areas.
