A copy of the Agenda, Minutes of the 2018 meeting, nomination forms and a copy of the Annual Report, will be sent by post to all members at least 21 days in advance of the meeting.

A copy of the Annual Accounts will be available at the meeting but these may be obtained after the meeting by a link on the website.
