**** Urgent Message from the Chair ****

After many discussions we have made the decision that this meeting should go ahead as planned but we are hoping that members will follow the following guidelines.

v  If you feel ill in any way, fever, dry cough, headache or respiratory problems,  DO NOT ATTEND

v  On arrival, DO NOT TOUCH the church doors; these will have been sanitised as far as is possible.

v  Go to the washrooms and thoroughly wash your hands. There will be an additional supply of tissues should you need these for your own personal use.

v  Additional litter bins will be provided.

v  The pews are being separated so that only alternate ones are in use. Please bear in mind where you are sitting in relation to other members of the U3A. I am told the church will have done their best to sanitise the pews and surfaces.

v  There will be no refreshments – Sorry!

v  There will be no admission fee for this meeting. Please give your name as this is needed for our records.

v  At the current time, we anticipate that the April meetings will be cancelled.

v  Please would you be kind enough to let anyone you know who is not on email, and would normally attend the general meeting, about the above.

v  I REPEAT. IF YOU FEEL UNWELL DO NOT ATTEND.

Thank you, with your help we can beat COVID 19 and normal service can be resumed as soon as possible. Stay safe and well.
