The Cone Exchange is a Betty and Taylors of Harrogate community recycling project.
It started 15 years ago when a young child from a school for children with Learning Difficulties, on a tour of the Taylors factory, asked if he could have a discarded cardboard cone to make an angel for the Christmas tree.
