ADJOURNED AGM MEETING ON ZOOM
As insufficient members , signed on to Zoom for the planned AGM on Monday 7th September, this meeting was adjourned until 14th September at 10.30 am in order to comply with the Constitution of Cookridge and Horsforth U3A.
71 members were needed to make a quorum but this meeting can proceed without a quorum if necessary.
You will be able to sign on the Zoom site from 10.15. Please mute yourself unless you wish or asked to speak.
The Secretary, Pat Pascoe, will send a meeting invitation with a link, plus meeting ID and password on Sunday.
