ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Monday 12th July 2021 10.30 am via ZOOM.
Invitations to the meeting will be sent out by Zoom.
Please try to attend so there is a quorum.
Members should have already received notice of this meeting, and a pack which includes the Annual Report, Statement of Accounts (Income and Expenditure sheet to follow), an Agenda, Minutes of last year's AGM, (07/09/20) Minutes of the Extraordinary General meeting (01.03.21), and a nomination form for the Election of Trustees.
Nominations are required for the officer posts of Secretary and Treasurer, and all Committee members are elected annually. If you feel you are able to offer your services to help to run CHU3A, please ask two members to nominate and second you.
