The landscape of various National Parks in Western USA - from Yosemite to Death Valley, ending at Las Vegas

1. The number of people attending the meeting will be restricted. If you wish to attend the meeting you will need to register on the website and include your phone number; If you do not have internet access and wish to attend phone Barbara Stearn, Programme coordinator on mobile 07534243838

2. On the day of the meeting the doors will be open from 10.10 everyone must check in on entry so that details can be retained for Track and Trace. A register of all who have booked will be available to simplify this process.

3. A face covering must be worn by all except those exempt from wearing one, when entering the hall, during the meeting and when leaving.

4. Everyone must sanitise their hands on entry to the venue and when leaving. (Sanitiser will be available)

5. Once you have checked in you should go directly to a seat. Seating will be socially distanced.

6. Doors will be left open to allow plenty of ventilation.

7. At the end of the meeting do not stack your chairs; these will be put away by designated members along with the equipment.

8. Leave the meeting by either the front or mezzanine door please do not congregate in groups in the hall.

9. Unfortunately there will not be any group displays, refreshments or book exchange.

10. There will not be a charge for this meeting.
