Hull 1968 - A Winter of Woe (Tragedies and Triumphs)

An account of the 1968 loss of 3 Hull trawlers, the subsequent fight by the ‘Headscarf Revolutionaries’ for better conditions for trawlermen, and the aftermath of these events. The account will be illustrated by images, newspaper reports and relevant songs.
