Visit to Yorkshire Water Treatment Works - Headingley

A 2- hour visit (9.45 - 11.45) to the Treatment Works including a guided tour of the site. 

Please wear sensible footwear and you will almost certainly be required to wear Hi-Viz jacket, safety helmet and glasses

Travel

Meet at Asda Car Park, Holt Park at 09.00 Holt Park and travel down by bus (either the No 8 or No 6).  These buses stop outside the treatment works on Otley Road. 

Alternatively

Meet outside the Treatment Works Main Gate, situated on the left hand side of Otley Road just after the entrance to The Village Hotel  in Headingley 

Further information will be provided about parking in the surrounding area.

After the visit Join the group for a lunch at Wetherspoons in Headingley (The Golden Beam). This is  optional.

No cost for the tour of the treatment works

Lunch at your own expense
